Provided By: Gregory Gay, Chicagogospel.com, gregory@chicagogospel.comAs May came to a close, Chicago Gospel music legend and the “Bishop of Preachers,” the Reverend Clay Evans was on hand to give his blessing to a live CD/DVD recording session entitled “Pastor Charles Jenkins and Fellowship Live: The Best of Both Worlds.” Reverend Clay Evans the Fellowship Choir recorded over 50 albums for the Jewel, Savoy and Meek Record labels before turning over the reigns of the pastorate over to Jenkins. This marks the first Fellowship CD with Pastor Jenkins at the helm and is scheduled for a late 2010 release on Jenkins’ own label.
